About Tiffany Norman
I am a lifelong, class-taught Christian Scientist, and a member of the Brentwood Christian Science church

My journey with caregiving began as a child assisting my visually-impaired parents on a daily basis. After high school I spent three years working as a Christian Science nurse at Peace Haven Association in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1997 I set off to Principia College where I earned a degree in Sociology and played a lot of volleyball. After college I moved to Boston to pursue a graduate program in Christian Science nursing. I earned my diploma from the Christian Science Nursing Arts training program in 2005.
In 2008 I was hired as a Christian Science nurse for Principia College and one year later moved into the Director position.
From 2009-2020, I directed the Christian Science Nursing departments for Principia College and Principia School. I oversaw both campuses as the Dual-Campus Director of Christian Science nursing for three of those years.

In 2020 my title changed to the Director of Student Healthcare so I could support all students; including those Christian Scientists who chose a medical path. After fourteen years as a Journal-listed Christian Science nurse, I removed my card to ethically support those Christian Scientists whose care fell outside the Scope of Services for a Christian Science nurse.
To be clear- my desire is to compassionately support Christian Scientists with skilled, practical care- regardless of healthcare path; not to represent myself or my company as a Christian Science nursing service.

"I found caregiving to be an innate joy. Over the past 11 years I have worked as a caregiver in skilled nursing facilities, memory care units, rehabilitation facilities, and private homes. I have worked with both Christian Scientists and non-CS. The experience of being in a work environment with Christian Scientists has blessed me, my life circumstances, my practice, and my understanding of my faith in innumerable ways."

Debra's path into caregiving began with a deeply personal experience — accompanying her nephew through the last six weeks of his life, spending several hours with him each day. That season confirmed her calling to be present for people who need support, whatever their situation.

She began Christian Science nurse training at Tenacre Foundation in 2022 and served on staff in the facility and in their home care department until 2025. Since then, she has served as Attorney-in-Fact for a client, taking full responsibility for their estate — coordinating a comprehensive downsizing, selling the property, and managing all related financial and legal matters.

"I love Christian Science and am profoundly grateful for all the blessings I have been given. It is my joy to serve others and share all that I have to offer."
